FIP Foundation Course
The introductory level course of the FIP Coaching Programme is taught online, with a workload of approximately 15 hours, and costs €350, including official teaching materials. Upon successful completion of the course, participants obtain certification as a Coaching Assistant, the first step in the training career recognised by FIP Academy. As it is online, it does not require any face-to-face attendance at any time. To take the course, you only need a stable internet connection and an understanding of one of the languages in which the course is offered: Spanish or English. All content is delivered via the FIP Academy platform, progressing in stages as students demonstrate their understanding. Upon passing the final test, participants obtain the corresponding qualification without the need for direct interaction with FIP Academy, beyond the use of the platform and its technical or administrative support system.

FIP Professional Coach Course
FIP Professional Coach Course: This is the first professional level within the FIP Coaching Programme. It is taught entirely in person, with a course duration yet to be determined, and includes a final theoretical and practical assessment. For one week, a team from FIP Academy will travel to the venue selected by the national federation or course organiser to carry out the preparation and complete development of the training. The total cost is €1,500 per participant and includes the official teaching materials. Obtaining this certification enables coaches to work in official competitions of the Cupra FIP Tour and the FIP Promises Tour.
FIP Elite Coach Course
This course is aimed at coaches who work in highly competitive environments. It is taught in a 100% face-to-face format, following the same logistical structure as the previous level, with a team from FIP Academy travelling to the location selected by the national federation or course organiser. The course programme is pending confirmation and includes a final theoretical and practical assessment. In addition, the course features the participation of international leaders in professional padel, both in the field of sport and in other areas that have a major impact on elite sport. The registration fee is €2,500 and includes the official course materials. This certification enables coaches to work professionally in top-level international competitions, including the official Premier Padel circuit.
FIP Master Coach Course
This level represents the highest certification of the FIP Coaching Programme and is designed for coaches with extensive international experience and a clear vocation for technical leadership. Its main objective is to train and enable professionals capable of serving as national coaches in continental and world competitions, as well as directing academies, clubs, or high-performance centres. The training is conducted entirely in person, with a final theoretical and practical evaluation. Both the duration of the course and its cost are yet to be determined, as is its workload, although an intensive, high-level structure with a marked professional and exclusive focus is expected. For this reason, there will be only a limited number of editions per year, at venues selected by FIP, which will be communicated in advance to the national federations. One of the most notable aspects of this certification is that it allows coaches to access future collaborations with the FIP Academy teaching staff. Those who obtain it are eligible to apply as trainers in the Programme's official courses and may also be considered to participate in educational projects organised by the International Padel Federation, in both cases always with its express approval. This recognition positions the coach not only as a high-level technician, but also as a reference point within the international ecosystem of padel.
